FAQs
What makes your coaching different?
This coaching was built from my own testimony. I battled alcohol and prescription drug addiction for five years before God delivered me, restored my life, and gave me a mission to help others find freedom. I combine evidence-based fitness and nutrition with faith-centered accountability and support. While the journey toward transformation is challenging, finding success often relies on having relatable men around you to walk with you and provide support.
Who is this coaching for?
Anyone seeking physical, spiritual, or emotional transformation, including those struggling with addiction or destructive habits.
Do you work with beginners and advanced clients?
Yes—every plan is tailored to your level and goals.
Can I join if I’m still struggling with addiction?
Absolutely—you are welcome to join the program even if you are currently struggling with addiction. Many of my clients are in the midst of their active struggle when they begin.
My approach is to provide structure, support, and accountability within a safe environment. My core goal in creating this program was to build the resources that I desperately needed but couldn't find during my own active addiction.
I remember once being turned away from a treatment facility because I was told I had to walk in sober—which was simply not an option for me at the time. Come exactly as you are.
Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
Yes—fully individualized coaching.
What type of training programs do you provide?
